Please open the app and go to the 'Settings' or 'Profile' tab, then select 'My Account'.
If you notice any of the following icons at the bottom of your screen (Apple ID, Google, or Facebook):
It indicates that you signed in or signed up using a simplified method instead of using email and password.
Please follow these instructions to proceed:
- Navigate to the 'Settings' or 'Profile' tab, then select 'My Account' and 'Log out'.
- After logging out, return to the Create/Log in page and select the 'Already have an account? Log in' option.
- Log in using your email and password.
- If you've forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password' button and follow the instructions to reset it.
