How do I know that my subscription is canceled?

If you’ve cancelled your subscription, here’s how you can confirm that everything is set—so you can go back to focusing on you, and leave billing behind.


What You’ll See After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll be taken to a confirmation screen showing that your subscription has been cancelled and automatic renewal has been turned off.

The exact layout may look a little different depending on whether you're using the website or a mobile device—but the message will be clear that your subscription won’t renew.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email letting you know that your subscription was successfully cancelled. This email will include:

  • The date the cancellation was completed
  • The expiration date of your current subscription period (when your premium access will end).

Didn’t Cancel via Link?

If you requested cancellation through our support team instead of using the self-service link, you can ask us for a confirmation screenshot. We’ll provide it upon request for your peace of mind.


Things to Note

  • Even if you cancelled, you’ll still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account will revert to standard access—not paid features.
  • If you don’t see the cancellation message and you’re still being billed, please let us know. We’ll help you investigate what might be happening.
