How to Find Your “Hide My Email” Address
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
- Go to iCloud > Hide My Email.
- Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the one associated with our app or website (you are looking for an email under Breeze).
- Tap the entry to view the full email address.
Once you’ve found it, just copy and send it to us. That’s the one tied to your subscription.
Is It Safe to Share This Address?
Absolutely. These addresses are random, anonymous, and private, and Apple gives you full control.
We don’t get access to your real email. We only use the address to look up your subscription and provide the support you requested.
