There are two scenarios when your subscription won't show up in either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store:
- You purchased your subscription on our website.
- You are logged into the wrong Google Play or Apple ID account.
To identify the source of the subscription, check the transaction description:
If it starts with "Google" or "Apple," you likely subscribed via the respective store.
